  • Delivery times vary based on product size, destination, and carrier availability.

  • Large fitness equipment may be shipped via freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Freight Deliveries

Some products are shipped via freight due to their size and weight.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery, including driveways, gates, and unloading areas.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, please note the damage with the carrier and contact Lone Star Strength within 48 hours of delivery. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to process a claim.
